I love traveling and exploring in fun cities around the country. I try to take advantage of any travel opportunity I can get.
Volunteer work is also important to me. I did a lot of volunteer work throughout undergrad and I am continuing it as much as possible with the little free time that I have.
I really enjoy nature. Hiking, camping, taking naps on the lawn, anything that is oudoors-y, I'm there.
Yoga is a new thing that I'm exploring- especially Bikram!
Besides playing softball, I like all sports and even though I suck at them, they are still fun to just mess around and play.
Away from work, I like cooking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
My favorite movies end up being the quirky Adam Sandler comedies that usually get horrible ratings but I also like a serious drama every so often. I also really enjoy suspense/horror films if I can find someone to watch them with. Some of my favorites are Best in Show, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, 50 First Dates, and Amelie. I'm sure there's more I can't think of.
As far as TV goes, I mostly have cable to watch Baseball games... Having said that, others that come to mind are Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage, Grey's Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Boy Meets World, Full House, Broad City, SNL, Orange is the New Black.
I like alternative and Indie music. I'll try to catch a concert anytime one of my favorites is in town. I'm all about outdoor music venues. You'll also catch me jamming to Oldies music.
I like trying new foods all the time. I also enjoy cooking. I am a vegan and love trying new vegan recipes and dishes at various restaurants. I am a huge fan of Thai, Mexican, Indian, and Sushi bars.
I know, I cheated. I guess I'm needy?
You can talk/watch/play baseball for hours and not get bored.
I love local coffee shops and local bars especially ones who commit to a good IPA on tap. So lets hit it up.
