I just moved back to the east coast after a 4 year hiatus on the west coast. Um, it really wasn't a hiatus of leisure -- changed my career and went to school to study acupuncture and herbology. And now I'm back a changed person and definitely in a profession I'm passionate about!
I love hiking/camping/nature, cooking, good conversation (current events/ history/how the world works/what you made for dinner) eating that food, laughing, running, meditation, live music, gardening, learning, music/film festivals, and unwinding pretzels.
I need a mixture of urban jungle and seeing the moon unobscured by the chrysler building on occasion. That's why I moved back, I'm slightly more city mouse than country mouse. If you can relate to this, then message me, I'm taking hiking buddy applications for the spring time.
I'm getting better at organizing projects and people. I'm convinced that one person can make a difference but it's easier if the whole community is on board...
The New York Times
I really miss my New Yorker subscription
Favorite movie: I reeeally loved "Sita sings the blues."
Vivian Jaffe: Have you ever transcended space and time?
Albert Markovski: Yes. No. Uh...time, not space. No, I have no idea what you're talking about.

(I know it's not for everyone and that's too bad)
Taste, touch, sight...wait this is getting silly.
