My self-summary
I moved here to attend surry college for viticulture and enology, meaning I intend to make wine someday. I'm a long time restaurant worker, and tend to live on a schedule different than the rest. I often find myself grilling out an hour or so shy of midnight if the weather strikes me. I love to cook and drink, often at the same time. I'd say I walk a line between the creative romantic, and overtly logical type. Those crossing archetypes do juxtapose to make me quite a problem solver though. I also enjoy words. Especially long and esoteric ones. Not to be condescending, just because I like things that aren't overused. I also like to be satirically pretentious.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a server now, but have been taking wine classes and certifications to hopefully move into a career more focused on that. Currently enrolled in the viticulture program at SCC
