Fitness and health reform have become a focal point of my life since late September 2015. Chances are high it's consistently on my mind.

Finding the right opportunity to get a thought into the group discussions. I'm not great at "butting my way in".
Situations with work.
When I should go get more coffee.
Whether I should just go join the Nights Watch.
What my next gym trainer session will be like and how much cardio I'll manage to do afterwards.
Whether or not profiles I see on OKCupid are real or fake. I have trust issues with that aspect. May stem from raisin cookies posing as chocolate chip cookies from when I was a kid.
Binge watching some tv show or movies.
Catching up on last bits of work from the week.
