My self-summary
I haven't been on here in a long time so to start, I am a good guy who isn't finding the right one, if you know what I mean. But, being the eternal optimist, I feel like it will happen if I am open to new opportunities. I love good friends, good food and swing dancing. I play the Ukulele in a small trio with two of my friends, and though we play a show from time to time, its mostly for fun. I am a nerd, or geek, or whatever you want to call it. I like Doctor Who and other assorted nerdy things, but I've always been that way lol.
I am a voluminous reader. I looked at the books I purchased and read last month and counted 11 of them....I may have a problem ha ha. I love fiction, non fiction, horror, history, really anything I can get my hands on to read.
I am the guy that will make you laugh. I have an odd sense of humor, I guess because real life is funny enough on its own. how can one not laugh at it?
I work in the engineering department for a large local medical facilty and love my job.
what i am looking for is the real thing, somone to spend time with going out, or staying in and making dinner together. That one person who i cant wait to text a joke to, or cant wait to see after work.
What I’m doing with my life
Enjoying the little things. Reading, Getting ready for warm weather. Trying to be a better listener. I have like 4 books right now on bettering ones self, again.....
I’m really good at
Playing music, reading more than one book at the same time, being playful. I'm not a half bad cook (or so I tell myself). I'm good at listening, and being there for friends and people I care about.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm told I look like a famous person. Care to guess?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Danger 5 (Its on Netflix. if you aren't watching it you should) Walking dead, Dr. get the picture. Voltaire's Candid, Alexander Dumas, Defoe, Nietzsche, Neil Gaiman, Stephen king, George R. R. Martin, Terry Pratchett, I could go on and on.
Six things I could never do without
1. My friends. There are only a few, but they are dear to me.

2. Books. I really think I would die if I couldn't read.

3. Coffee......nuff said.

4. Baxter Ave Theater, love that place.

5. good craft beer or good bourbon and a Cigar.

6. Someone to share thoughts with.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The fact that I am a Sapio sexual, you would be surprised how many people out there have no idea what that means. How and what I can do to be kinder, nicer, to those around me. I think about how even a small act of kindness can change the life of someone in giant ways. and of course, I spend time thinking of why I think so much, lol.
On a typical Friday night I am
Really it depends on my mood. If I go out, it will be somewhere in the highlands. Visit with friends, or go somewhere to listen to some music. Sometimes I would rather stay at home and watch a good movie or read. I know right? Slow down there party boy, ha ha.
You should message me if
You want to have a good conversation and are a free spirit. you are open minded. that you want something more substantial than "hooking up". Most of all you should message me if you want to laugh and spend time getting to know each other.
