I am not your typical guy. While I like the Caps & Ravens, and drink beer, I don't lose all sense of tact and restraint in the presence of members of the opposite sex, and am quite the staunch feminist. As such, I feel a strong desire to apologize for the abhorrent behavior of so many of my fellow bearers of the Y-Chromosome. *Especially* when it comes to online etiquette, judging by the numerous similar complaints.
Now as to why I am here. The best way I can think of to describe what I want is an occasional mistress/gf/friend-with-benefits. [Edit: Usually, anyway.] I am in a committed yet playfully open (polyamorous/swinger-ish if you need labels) relationship with Tauna , [edit: but we're working on our relationship, so we're not dating much now.]
Now, I'm not really looking for rampant meaningless sex or to rack up notches on my bed-post. I just *sincerely* enjoy the company of women, I like making new friends, and enjoy some playful spice and fun in my life, which ideally includes sex, but is not the sole overriding motivator. You have to be worthwhile, not just easy.
I guess you'd say at this point in my life I prefer quality over quantity, so I can be a bit picky -- I'd prefer some mental and physical chemistry. As I am rather slender/fit myself, I'd prefer if you were height-weight proportionate to slender/athletic yourself. A couple extra pounds isn't that big a deal if you're awesome and there's chemistry.
I seem (and am told I look) a lot younger than my age. While I am interested in things like financial security and career development, I still love a good party and the occasional club night.
I live in Fort Washington and work in downtown Washington DC. I usually eat lunch alone, so that would be a great time to meet up.
I'm somewhat eclectic, outdoorsy, rather geeky, and highly intelligent, if random. If you get me going I can talk your ear off about a number of subjects...
I am Intense, Analytical, and Physical.
0. Just got married! After a thirteen year long engagement!!!
1. We have a son, born 7/2008. Our preemie was less than two pounds, but he's doing wonderfully, and is the cutest little boy in the world! He just entered kindergarten and is obsessed with Minecraft.

8. Still trying to optimize this phenomenon called life.
Though actually, it might be that I like the Ravens, due to my lanyard or debit card.

And how money, worthless in itself, is symbolic of so very very very much more...how much perception rules the day.
The Human condition. Absolutely EVERYTHING at some point or another.
How to navigate the health-care system.
I think about things as they are manifested, and as they were designed (or how they incorporate a design) and as they were intended/conceived, and as to what inspired them. And I think about what things mean, most of all, and how they reflect the meaning of other things by contrast or similarity. Consciousness is a multi-dimensional array of beauty and horror and wonder and chaos of webs within webs within webs.
(My favorite thing to think about is how to quiet my mind....I've been wracking my brain over this for years, but I never seem to get it to work! ;P ) j/k
1. You kayak.
2. You think we'd find each other's company enjoyable and you'd like to get coffee sometime so we could see whether we get along in person.
3. You're in McPherson Square area during the day.
4. Or if you have something interesting and intelligent to say.
5. Or you just want to chat.
If you got through all this, I thank you sincerely, and commend you on your perseverance. Ciao!
