My self-summary
To be simple, I'm an outgoing nerd. I enjoy both going out with friends or simply staying at home, watching movies or playing board games. I enjoy playing video games, reading, board games, RPGs, or just going out to a nice cocktail bar and conversing with friends.
What I’m doing with my life
I have a job I enjoy, friends I like to hang out with, and goals I'm working towards that I've set for myself. I have an idea of what I'd like to see happen in the next 10 years, but I'm not stressing over it either. I like where I am presently and who I am presently and that's enough for me right now.
I’m really good at
Video games, board games, drinking, computers, and technology in general.
The first things people usually notice about me
I guess I don't know a good way to answer this, but I suppose my glasses and my weight?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I enjoy Science Fiction books: Starship Troopers, Stranger in a Strange Land, Old Man's War, On Basilisk Station, A Game of Thrones, etc.

Some of my favorite movies are: Star Wars: A New Hope, The Fifth Element, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Porco Rosso, Princess Mononoke, and Aladdin.

Some of my favorite shows are (including theatre): Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, Psych, Battlestar Galactica, The West Wing, Avenue Q, Book of Mormon

I'll pretty much listen to any music but the only music I don't particularly enjoy is Rap/Hip-Hop and Country.

Not on the list, but favorite board games: Battlestar Galactica, Munchkin, Shadow Hunters, Sentinels of the Multiverse

Also not on the list, but some of my favorite video games are: TIE Fighter, Freespace 2, Mass Effect Series, Team Fortress 2, etc.

For food, I love Japanese Curry, it's probably my favorite meal period. I also have a dispensation towards getting some sort of soup noodles at least once a week but otherwise, I'm open to trying out a wide variety of foods and enjoy a lot of different foods from different countries.
Six things I could never do without
Hrm... for sure I could not live without my computer, the internet, electricity... my alarm clock because I'd probably sleep right past when I need to actually get up, my library, and my friends.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends at a bar, with friends doing something at one of our homes, or just spending a quiet evening at home reading or watching TV.
You should message me if
You like geeky things or find anything about me interesting.
