My self-summary
So, out of curiosity I took the Myers Briggs test and surprise surprise, I scored as an INFP. That being said, I enjoy meeting new people and going out to try new restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, as well as music concerts and festivals. I have a wide variety of interests, especially in arts, history, and technology. I love to be outdoors, but also enjoy the bustle of busy cities. Travel overseas is something I absolutely love and everyday I miss being in Europe.
What I’m doing with my life
Splitting my time between work and the various different interests I have, such as tinkering with computers/Raspberry Pis, audio recording, and trying to become a better cook (this last one is especially challenging). I also enjoy playing guitar and piano when I get a chance. Never a dull moment :)
I’m really good at
I am good at music and have a good eye when it comes to visual arts. I'm also usually good at making people laugh, but initially I tend to be more matter-of-fact as I'm getting to know someone.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like to read history, horror, and classic fiction. A few favorite authors are Flaubert, Twain, Poe, Hillerman, and Lovecraft.

Some of my favorite movies are Touch of Evil, The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, The Mirror (Tarkovsky), The Return, Blast of Silence, Without a Clue, and The Big Sleep.

I'm an absolute music junkie and love a wide variety of bands, such as Elliott Smith, Opeth, Sonic Youth, Boards of Canada, Radiohead, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Nick Drake, Stars of the Lid, Porcupine Tree, NIN, Pink Floyd, Gravenhurst, Nirvana, Heatmiser, Sparklehorse, and Matt Elliott.

I love food from different cultures, especially Thai, Indian, and Mexican (the spicier, the better).
Six things I could never do without
-Friends and family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the universe and everything (to steal a title from Douglas Adams)
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday's so over-played, Saturday is where it's really at...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoy watching re-runs of Columbo?
You should message me if
You like what you've read. I'm not from the area, so also looking to make friends who like to go out and explore the area.
