My self-summary
I'm an easy going and charismatic 26 year old cis-gendered male. I've been cooking professionally for about 9 years, it's been a love/hate affair for the better part of my 20's. I've been on a generous helping of adventures thus far, you should ask me about them!
What I’m doing with my life
Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Taking a break from the conventional work til you drop lifestyle. I'm in Barcelona tentatively for the next year on a working holiday visa; just taking it all in.
I can be very easily convinced to never leave.
I’m really good at
-Making Puns.

-Smoothing over awkward situations.

-Busting a move.

-Cooking for women I find attractive.

-Jogging in uncomfortable weather.
The first things people usually notice about me
People say I'm very easy to talk to. I'm a natural conversationalist and pseudo professional casual banter brewer.

I also have a habit of wearing non-matching socks and Hawaiian themed shirts year round.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love fiction, sci-fi, fantasy as well as history. If there's a good lore, back story or universe I can dig into then I'm in there. I'm also taking suggestions for what to read next, if you know a good second-hand book store point me to it!

Also, if you know who Marcus Aurelius is and have read Meditations then let's talk about it.

Don't turn up for movies much but If you want to talk about that latest Netflix series I will happily oblige you.

I don't watch game of thrones, sorry. (not sorry.)

I like go on excursions and do fun quirky things. I'm not much for that serious and expensive club scene. Waiting in lines makes me question my existence. If there's something you can get loud, crazy and carefree without too much fuss then I want to be there.

Eating out in Spain thus far has consisted of me pointing at stuff and giving it a try.
The six things I could never do without
A sense of direction (literally and philosophically)

Headphones

Somewhere to cook food

Running Shoes

A book to read.

Cold beer.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I was supposed to do upon entering a new room.
On a typical Friday night I am
You can catch me on a good night busting moves all over the street. I'll take it any day of the week. Midnight swim meet, cart-wheeling down las ramblas, bat hanging from questionable structures, street beers, street samosas, your friend's obscure band, that DJ you heard play last week;

I'm up for it all.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I brought more fanny packs than shoes to Europe.
You should message me if
You're NOT a picky eater.

You think it's rude to check your phone while having a conversation.

If you like to keep it simple and roll with the punches.
