My self-summary
you know that part in skip tracer where steve shelley switches from the ride to rimshots and it gets all pretty? a few seconds pass; lee ranaldo gives up talking and tries actually singing. i would like to think my good moments are kinda like that.
What I’m doing with my life
the other day, falling into a wikihole, i discovered that jackson browne wrote the song "these days" when he was 16; skipping classes and vandalism were my specialties at 16. in the wake of this discovery i am playing songwriting catchup with renewed fervor.
I’m really good at
satire, straight edge, dr.mario, buying camera equipment when i am broke, and parallel parking large vehicles.
The first things people usually notice about me
probably the fact that i am almost always smiling...that, or the sizable tattoo on the side of my head that says "no future."

I spend a lot of time thinking about
dissipation-driven adaptation of matter...and how when i grow up i want to look like this.
On a typical Friday night I am
lately it's been all work. i work with at-risk teenagers; it is challenging and forces me to be creative. i love my job. the flip side of that is that i work during what most people consider to be social hours.

monday mornings are the new friday nights.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
i haven't used a fork in over 13 years.
You should message me if
you have a very direct, explicit thing you have been wanting to say to someone but felt it was inappropriate. this is an invitation to get weird.
