My self-summary
My name is Kevin, I'm 28 and live with my friend in Manchester. I just started a new job as a cabinet maker and I love it so far.

I love being out side when I can, doing anything from hiking, rock climbing, walking, snowboarding, and swimming. Other than that I like card games, video games, board games, and drinking games on occasion. Other than that my hobbies are all over the place, I'm always looking for something new to learn or fun to do. I would love to find someone to share my interests with and maybe learn a thing or two about the things that you like to do.

I'm also INFP if you're into the Brigs Myers approach. There were definitely a few points that resonated with me but I don't put too much faith into these tests.
What I’m doing with my life
Like I said, I just recently switched job from a food/customer service path to a more trade job and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Customer service totally wears you down over time. Other than that I'm just learning as much as I can and enjoying time with my friends and family.
I’m really good at
I'm pretty good a pool, I love rock climbing and am pretty good at it, I'm good at anything that involves working with my hands. There are plenty of other things that "I'm really good at", but this a good starting list.
The first things people usually notice about me
As far as physically: I have a thin and athletic body, green/blue eyes behind my glasses, and not much facial hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
For music some of my favorite bands are; 311, Punch Brothers, three legged fox, Skindred, SoJah, sublime, Justin James, Michael Buble, Pentatonix, Colin hay, anything 90's, jimmy buffet, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz. There are plenty more but this is a good place to start.

I really like going to shows as well so it would be cool to have someone to go with:)

As far a books, I read mostly fiction. Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Alchemist, Neverwhere, smoke and mirrors, American gods, the picture of Dorian gray, The Count of Monte' Cristo, LOTR and all the books that go with it, and I am also a huge Harry Potter nerd, So HP talk is always welcome. I've been on a Patrick Rothfuss kick for a while now, so "Name of the Wind" and "Wise Mans Fear" have been my latest obsession and would love to find someone to share my theories with:)

Movies: I can always watch a superhero/Scifi movie but can really get sucked into any good story...I've been told it's sometime more fun to watch my reactions while watching a movie than the movie itself... whatever that means lol

Tv: walking dead, big bang theory, cowboy bebop, Ted talks, Doctor who, Warehouse 13, Supernatural, Rick&Morty, Star Trek next gen/voyager, Game of Thrones.

Comedians (needs its own section),
I connect with comedians and comedy more than anything else. I love going to live shows even if it's just an open mic.
Some of my favorites are;
Chris Hardwick, Pete Holmes, Maria Bamford, Hannible Bures, Louie C.K. (though am disappointed that he hasn't done any new specials), Marc Maron, Mike Birbilia, John Mulany, and Patton Oswalt. There are so many more though.
Six things I could never do without
1: my family
2: my friends
3: sadly coffee
4: my technology
5: fresh air
6: a new mountain to climb.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time thinking about how to be the best I can be. I'm big on self improvement and challenging my perspective.

I also think a lot about making things. I often find myself staring an empty space thinking about what I can make to fit that space.
On a typical Friday night I am
My Friday night is usually spent doing anything fun; rock climbing, hanging with friends, catching up with family, going out, or just spending a relaxing night in.
You should message me if
I could give a vague description like: smart, funny, witty, cute, adventurous, and spontaneous. One thing I've figured out though is that the right person can sometimes be someone you don't expect, so I'm open to meeting people and seeing where things go.

One thing I will say though is, if we live less than 10-15 minutes from each other I would prefer it if we could just meet after a few messages. I understand that some people err on the side of caution, which is completely understandable. But if you're getting a good vibe and are only a few miles away why not go grab a coffee and see if there's chemistry.
