I have a passion for exploring, getting to know new places, cultures and people. I spent a crazy year in Santiago de Chile, acting, trying new things, making life-long friends, and just loving life. It's so great to get to know a place, staying for a bit longer, and really getting involved with people. I've recently been daydreaming about spending a couple of years in SE Asia / Eastern Europe.
People be the most important thing. Making a new connection, finding out about what drives someone, their passions, their history... Just about everyone I've ever met has had something to teach me, a story to tell, or a hug to give. So, if you happen to be a people, get in touch and let's hang some.
I'm a pragmatic environmentalist. Conspicuous environmental problems, such as plastic bags, can be an easy (or token) focus point for us tree-huggers, but sometimes the best outcomes are not so sexy. One of the best changes I've made is ensuring that all of of Canberra's street sweepings are composted. You'd be amazed at how much this leafy city generates. We're going to have to find improvements in unexpected places if we're going to have a sustainable future.
(This is a silly question)

I'm mainly here to meet people I can hang with in person, but happy to make new pen pals as well.
By the way, I'd be super happy to meet some guys to chill with as well. It's just that OKC gets all kooky when I set my profile to 'looking for: everybody'.
