My self-summary

Hello. Welcome to my little piece of the internet (as discovered by Al Gore). I am a silly person. I live in Camelot (if you don't get the reference...it's alright...I'll just judge you on the inside). I tend to be random and really enjoy non sequitors. I live in left field as well as Camelot as previously stated. I also suffer from B.S.O.S. (bright shiny object syndrome). SQUIRREL!!!!!! I am the best friend a dinner can buy according to some of my friends. It's really true. You offer me dinner and I'll do just about anything (mostly menial labor ie. moving stuff). I am pretty laid back and easy going. I don't let most things get to me. I try to hold my temper except when I'm driving since most people don't know how to drive :)

I love to read. Thankfully, I have summers off which allow me the time to read copious amounts of books. I tend to lean towards scifi/fantasy but I've been (SQUIRREL!!!!) known to delve into other genres (except for romance...really...)

I am what you would call a creative type. I do many many many artsy type things. I love to make things either by way of cooking, music, or folding copious amounts of paper. I love to make music in its many forms. I sing with a renaissance group called the Greenleaf Singers. I play the late night mass at SLU (I'm so setting myself up to be stalked :) ). I'm a founding member of one of the a cappella groups at SLU. I love a cappella music and I arrange music as well on the side. I've probably done around 50 arrangements over the years. I also perform in various community theater groups near me through out the year.

I also enjoy the outdoors (except for extreme humidity. ack!) although I'm not as "outdoors-y" as I would like to be. I like going on float trips, some camping, being around nature. I would say hiking...but my fitness level isn't where it should be. I also love doing road trips. Nothing like seeing the landscape roll by as you are driving.

If you made it this far, you must really like what you are reading or just really really really bored. Hell, I'm not even being funny...SQUIRREL!!!!

Oh, shucks, I haven't even mentioned how much I love to make people laugh. Comedy is in my jeans or was it genes? Either way...there's a joke somewhere in there. Anyway, I've taken up too much of your time. Until then. Something something or the other....

What I’m doing with my life
Warping the minds of impressionable teenagers. I so do love being in education :) Go Special School District! Yeah!

On the side, I do many things having to do with music. Arranging, playing guitar/mandolin, singing...blah blah blah....

I'm also a origamist on the other side and I can make purty little roses as well as geometric objects that just may possibly blow your mind...kinda sorta...ish....

And I do theater on yet another side...mainly musicals.

I am also a budding crocheter...I make all sorts of neat shit...
I’m really good at

Use of the Google. I like to take small bits of info and find the bigger picture. Like finding out people's name based on the info on their profile 'cause, you know, it isn't creepy or anything...
The first things people usually notice about me
People don't notice me...
