They tend to satisfy inner needs rather than actual events and they often seem inappropriate or unhelpful in obtaining results. Self awareness helps you to identify how you can change the way you think and behave to be more effective.

    The five Drivers are: Be Perfect, Hurry Up, Please People, Be Strong, Try Hard.
